Shipping Policy
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. UK standard delivery orders should arrive 3-5 business days after shipping, and Special Delivery within 2 days. European orders aim to deliver in 3-7 working days, and everywhere else aims to deliver in 5-12 working days.

I am based in Bristol (UK) - if you would prefer to collect an order yourself in Bristol, select the collection option at checkout and I'll be in contact.

Please note that international customers will be responsible for any relevant customs charges or tax as well as any import or handling charges that may apply in their country. Please check any relevant fees that may apply in your country before placing an order.

Returns Policy
I hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you change your mind and wish to return an item, let me know within 14 days of your delivery.

Please contact me to let me know why you are returning your order and I will then contact you to explain the next steps. A full refund can only be issued once the item has arrived back to me and is in the same condition it was sent in.

Shipping costs are non-refundable so (with the exception of damaged items) the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please return your item in good condition, ideally with its original packaging. If the item is damaged on return due to poor packaging, I will not be able to offer a refund.

Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of ordering. Please contact me if you need to cancel your order in this time.

As every item is unique, I cannot offer exchanges.
