"I contacted Holly to ask if she could do me a custom piece for my son’s birthday. She was very happy and enthusiastic about creating something a little bit different to the pieces on her website. She completed it in plenty of time for his birthday, even though I hadn’t given her much time. She sent me pictures as she finished each stage to make sure I was happy with it. I received it a few days before his birthday and it was perfect, much better than the photos, very well packaged so no chance of any damage to it. Very pleased with the whole experience.
