All major debit/credit cards are accepted. Payments are made using only secure third party transaction services and your details are not divulged to me at any time.

A confirmation message will be sent to you shortly after your order to confirm your payment.

Customers contact information and address will only ever be used for for shipping and insurance purposes.

International customers will be responsible for any relevant customs charges or tax as well as any import or handling charges that may apply in their country. Please check any relevant fees that may apply in your country before placing an order.

If you do not receive your item, please contact me within 60 days of ordering. After 60 days I can no longer make a claim with the postal service so I cannot be responsible for tracking down your item.

In the rare case of an item being damaged in transit, please do get in touch within 60 days of ordering. Please send a photo of the damage so that I can assess whether a partial or full refund is in order. The compensation you receive for any damage will be based on my own assessment of how much the item's worth may have decreased. If you are not happy with my offer for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund.

 As all my products are handmade, there may be what could be perceived as minor imperfections, but this is just the nature of handmade pieces. I always make the photos in my listings as clear as I can and I take them from as many different angles as possible so that you know exactly what it is you are buying!

If there are any major faults in the items in store (such as cracks or chips) they will be clearly stated in the listing and reduced accordingly.
